MIA????

I didnt check my blog stats but probably all my visitor think this blog is dead or probably dead.

Havent got the time and energy to update since I start working. At the moment, I got about 6-7 projects on hand and practically exhausted most of the evening when I reached home.

Anyway, I finally start assembling the MG Gundam Destiny which my bro gave me as a birthday gift back in Feb. Finished the body and the right arm.

Currently watching only a few anime like; Code Geas R2, Soul Eater and Macross. Just pick up Dragon Destiny Guardian (Gee, they didnt even bother to sensor this time). By the way, over the last few months, I watched through One Piece, 359 chapters of them!

As for manga, still the same; Cross Game and Tsubasa Chronicles. Glad that Hatsukoi Limited has finished, not really a fan apart from the female character designs. As usual, Conan and AMG are long-winded series that belong to never-ending story catergory. Air Gear, I only browse through when very bored.

As for purchases, only ARIA Origination guidebook and a SD Gundam on order. Nothing more. The new Kureha figure looks nice, but I have one already.

Ok, to the purpose of this post. Remember when 4 Mega Pixels was such a high-edge technology back in around 4 years ago? back then, 3.2M was the norm and I bought the Ixus 430 of 4Mpixels. It has served me very well, especially when I take photos of kids and need to be fast. Well, it has been years and I have decided to get a new one, an IXUS 85 IS, the slimest canon so far. It's a 10 Megapixel digital camera with latest tech such as image stabilizer, motion detection
and image noise reduction. I have also asked my bro to get an 8Gb SDHC memory card. Maybe I'll retake my figure or Gundam shot in near future to see the difference. ^^

So a tribute to my old camera and a welcome to my new camera.

My new digital camera!!!!!!!!

The new camera taken with the old camera and the old camera taken by the new camera. Confused?? :P

Taken with my Nokia 3.2Mpixel phone camera, showing the dimension between IXUS 430 and IXUS 85 IS, also revealing the low quality of a 3.2Mpixel phone camera.

Long Intro Short Series

For those who read Hatsukoi Limited by Mizuki Kawashita, yes, chapter 32 is the finale!

It takes about 10 chapters to get things started and then you mess the series with a bomberman during the Valentine's Day. Then the guys went on a trip and confess and then next chapter is Ending?

So 32 chapter and 3 volume.... that's all after the comeback from Ichigo 100%????

So all those love chains and dozens of characters ... and last only 32 chapters????
(Why bother introducing new character every 2-3 weeks???)

Thankfully I wasn't anticipating or expecting anything great from this series.... else I'll end up with frustration.

Reminiscent Songs (Non Anime)

Not anime-related, only that I recently purchased 2 compilations from Yesasia. One's a compilation/collection of chinese love songs I used to listen when I was a decade younger.

Released last year, Forever Love~finest collection of timeless love songs collection features 2 CDs with 32 tracks in total.

Also released last year was a compilation of Jacky Wu's song, The essential. He has recorded several unforgetable song and yes, the songs fit my era, which is a decade ago.

So, gonna listen to them in car tomorrow on the way to work. Can't wait for it!!!!!!

Pizza Hut Delivery completed

Finally after 3 years of research and 6 months of thesis writing, it all ends well. Received the news that I passed my higher degree yesterday. Was shocked to see the report that "...no requirement for correction or ammendments and awarded with...."

I thought my best would be ".. with minor correction" or more likely "...with substantial correction". Never did I imagine this.

So set for graduation in Spring aound September. Weeeeeeeeeeeee..........

P/S: Anyway, Gundam fine tip marker have arrived but yet collected. I can finally start assembling my MG Destiny Extreme Burst. Kotobukiya Shining Wind Kureha is on the way to my doorstep.

Random Thoughts

I'll be writing a post on ARIA as a whole soon......

P/S: I know I havent completed my summary for EP 12 and EP13..

My HLJ order comprising Kotobukiya Shinning Wind Kureha has been shipped a few days ago. Orders in line at end of April: Final Fantasy Mini collection II, ARIA Punit Alicia and ARIA Punit Aika.

Aside:
New AMG Belldandy figure by SMC for AMG Fighting Wings.

I dont recall Belldandy in this form for AMG Fighting Wings OVA....do you?????. Anyway, it's a nice figure but I'm not keen in it. Cause i got 2 Belldandy figure already, plus it leans too much. Estimated price 6833 yen with height of 18.5cm and scheduled for September release.

Random Thoughts

The surprise that I mentioned was my brother's birthday present. Got him a MG Freedom which he didnt anticipated.

And all my orders from HLJ, Yesasia, Playasia and AJ have arrived.

ARIA Madness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And this month will be a painful month once the punit Alicia, punit Aika, Shinning Wind Kureha and Square Enix Mini Collection 2 were released. The only thing is there's still no stock for fine-tip Gundam marker.

MangaTsubasa 185: Repeat of the whole event in Chapter 184. And now 186 in coming week. I felt cheated!!!
Hatsukoi Limited 24: Kei fighting over Kappa face Kusuda with the drama club president. It was a nice chapter to see Kei's emotion but the fanservice by the girl with heavy masscara put me off. By the way, Zaitsu and Sogabe were still depressed over the bomb and Nao incident.
Hatsukoi Limited 23:End for Nao and her sempai arc.
Cross Game 117: Ko went to visit Wakaba at the hospital. Wakaba was sleeping when he visited her. Later, when she woke up, Ko was dozing off.

Tsubasa 183: I wish I didnt complain on too much conversation before. Now we have more than 5 pages without any conversation. Yuko sent Syaoran, Yui, Kurogane and Mokona to Clow country. Not much drama, except Yuko got intercepted and Yuko wont be able to interrupt as well. The gang would be on their own. Suspense! (P/S: Excellent cover art on Syaoran & Sakura and C.Syaron & C. Sakura)
Hatsukoi Limited 21: Kei reprimanded Koyoi and Ayumi for their selfishness. Nao met the sempai who painted her favourite drawing that was hung in the art room. They teamed up for a painting. Sogabe saw that.

Ryoma went to US and helped a tennis kid who was being bullied. (Wish there's more aftermath for those 3rd years who graduated.)
Cross Game 115: Aoba was hurt by Azuma's hit accidentally.

Purchase:

Pre-ordered them for early-bird price of 5415 yen each. Hobby Search has shipped the items through EMS and the shipping cost 2400 yen. I realized that the figures are not as heavy as I thought, robably due to the fact that the clothes are fabrics.

Akari figure is both sold out at HobbySearch and HLJ.
Alice is low stock at HLJ (time of check) but sold out at HobbySearch.

Next in line is Alicia and Aika scheduled for April release.

Alicia is available for pre-order at HLJ. Reservation closed for HobbySearch.

He told her that he would be in trouble if people found out about it. Aoba went to the shop and bought 4 chocolates. Akane passed by and met Ko who was waiting outside. Aoba gave Ko the chocolates but Ko explained to Akane. Ko found 5 boxes inside the bag but Aoba said that's for Azuma (Actually Aoba intended for Ko, stupid for Ko to ask). Manga:
Hatsukoi Limited 13: Kei and Kusuda went to have dinner. Things didn't go according to plan. They ended up in a park filled with snow and had snow fight. In the end, Kusuda gave her a present which is a santa maid dress. Kei apologized and said that she actually liked the pink gloves. Kusuda took it out and gave it to her.
Hatsukoi Limited 14: Koyoi spent 60 hours in game and defeated the final boss. She followed his brother Bessho to shrine for Hatsumode. Bessho got a near-auspicious omikuji while Koyoi got the opposite. On the way home, they met Yamamoto. Yamamoto commented that he had an adorable girlfriend but Bessho explained and said that he never had a girlfriend. Back home, Bessho cooked rice cake and had them with Koyoi. Koyoi told him that she will also like his brother in the new year.
Tsubasa 177: C.Syaoran couldn't lay his hand on Sakura so he went straight for Syaoran. He managed to get Sakura out of his way and grabbed the feather from Syaoran. Syaoran grabbed C.Syaoran's hand and aimed at him with his sword. Suspense!!!
Tennis 371: The final battle between Rikkai and SSeigaku has begun. Yukino managed to return the twist serve, drive A, cool drive and gained a point. However, Ryoma commented that Yukino's jacket has dropped onto the ground. Oh Yeah!!!
Tennis 372: Ryoma acivated Muga no Kyouchi and proceeded with shots such as Bing Bang, Shirashi's Bible, Kamikakushi, Super Ultra Great Delicious DaiShaRin Yama Arashi but all in vain. He then gathered the aura and focused on his hand. Not as exciting this week since it's about how Yukino nullified Ryoma's shots. No Genius for two weeks and I presume it's the battle of "Doors of the Muga no Kyouchi" by then.
ARIA 58: Wow.. didn't expected so fast but after hearing that there's only 3 chapters left, I have anticipated it. Aika and Akari both succeeded in attaining Prima status. Aika was known as Rozen Queen while Akari was bestowed with Aqua Marine. Aika was assigned the manager of new Himeya branch.

Tennis 370: As expected, the Golden Pair won 7-5. Tooyama had one ball game with Yukimura. Tooyama failed miserably with Yukimura still had his jacket on. Received my ARIA calendar 2008 but I wasn't happy with the postman as my EMS order was thrown inside my car port. It could have easily been stolen! I think the AMG Tsubasa Tatakau OP ED single might arrive after Christmas with the busy schedule.

Random Thoughts

Manga:
Hatsukoi Limited 11: Kusuda and Kei, possibility??? Speechless
Tsubasa 175: Excellent chapter on the duel between Syaoran and C.Syaoran. Looks like the more C.Syaoran used magic, the stronger he got. Both invoked Raitei Shourai and one of them suffered the impact. Guess who??? One more chapter before a double serialization
Tennis 369: Rikkai Vs Seigaku 5-2. Momo told Seigaku that Ryoma's slowly regaining his memory. Oishi and Kikumaru activated their synchronisation. Sanada and Aoba decided to join in the fun of reviving Ryoma's memory. (BTW who's the idiot who said Genius 369 will be the last chapter... )
Air Gear 187: What a rubbish..... where's the dustbin???
Cross Game 107: Akane met Momiji who was drawing by the lake. Akane accompanied her home and gave Momiji a potrait of herself. The Tsukishima family were stunned to see her.

My ARIA calendar 2008 has been on processed for shipping status since Wednesday. Looks like HLJ's real busy with the festive season and relocation. Lucky I had it on EMS, so hopefully they'll ship it early next week and reach my doorstep as my Christmas present. Play-asia shipped my AMG Tsubasa Tatakau OP single but charged me without the affiliate credit. Sent an email regarding the issue since I lost the credit as well.
